Refund & Cancellation Policy

GRG FAST AUTO LLC provides consulting services on a quotation basis. This policy sets out how cancellations, billing and refunds are handled. Where an accepted quotation contains specific conditions, those conditions apply.

Nature of the services

Services are professional consulting services delivered over an agreed period. There is no online purchase, no subscription and no automatic renewal. Invoicing follows the milestones or schedule defined in the accepted quotation.

Cancellation before work begins

A client may cancel an accepted quotation in writing before work starts. Any deposit paid is refunded in full, less any third-party costs already committed on the client's behalf and documented to the client.

Cancellation after work has begun

Where an engagement is cancelled after work has started, fees are due for the work performed and for expenses committed up to the effective cancellation date. Any amount already paid in excess of that value is refunded. Where work is billed hourly or daily, the invoice reflects time actually spent.

Cancellation by us

We may end an engagement if the agreed scope cannot reasonably be delivered, if required information or access is not provided, or in case of non-payment. In that case the client is billed only for work performed, and any balance is refunded.

Refund requests and processing

Refund requests must be sent in writing to contact@grgfastauto.com, stating the engagement concerned and the reason. We acknowledge requests promptly and, where a refund is due, process it to the original payment method, normally within fourteen (14) business days of agreement on the amount.

Disputed invoices

A client who disputes an invoice should notify us in writing within ten (10) business days of its date, with the reasons. We review the matter and aim to reach an agreed resolution before any further step is taken.
